Jacob Nalepa

Jacob Nalepa is a Principal Systems Engineer at KBR, Inc., leading teams in SAR/ISAR algorithm development since March 2021. Previously, Jacob held roles as Senior Electrical Engineer and Electrical Engineer focused on signal processing algorithm development for advanced radar applications. Jacob's experience includes working as a Staff Physicist at ARA, developing the CREATE-RF SENTRi software for the Department of Defense, and serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Eastern Michigan University, where Jacob characterized vanadium dioxide thin films. Additionally, Jacob has experience as a Quality Engineer at L3 Technologies and a Radiation Safety Aide at Michigan State University. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Physics from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Michigan State University.
