Phil Montag

Phil Montag serves as the Vice President of the Human Performance and Research Division at KBR, Inc. since June 2016, with previous leadership roles including Vice President of the Mission Support Division and Director. Over the years, Phil has managed extensive portfolios, overseeing over 600 employees and generating annual revenues exceeding $100M while serving various government customers such as NASA and the Air Force. Prior to KBR, Phil held significant positions at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc., including managing a $70 million business P&L, and served as Senior Director at KBRwyle. Phil's earlier experience includes program management at NASA, director roles at Ciena and Lucent Technologies, and foundational education in Computer Science and Specialized Electronics from Albright College and Lincoln Tech, respectively.
