Amy Marotta

Amy Marotta is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in payroll and HR operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC since August 2021, Marotta previously held HR/Payroll responsibilities at American Maintenance from December 2010 to April 2023, where key duties included processing payroll for the Florida/NY sector, implementing New York State policies, and managing employee time-off. Prior to this, Marotta worked at Glen Cove Mansion Hotel & Conference Center in various roles, including Human Resources Payroll Manager, Sales Coordinator, and Night Auditor, from October 2001 to September 2010. Marotta earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Suffolk County Community College between 1992 and 1994.
