Lucy Olouasa CPA, MSC, BBM is the Head of Finance at KCA University since September 2009, overseeing financial management, business growth, and sustainability, including investment decisions and cash flow management. Previously, Lucy served as the Manager of Budgets and Management Accounting, leading a team in commercial financial analysis and governance improvements, and as the Ag. Head of Finance, collaborating with the CEO on institutional financial strategies. Early career experience includes a role as a Financial Accountant at KCA University and as a Finance Manager at Resource Associates Ltd, where Lucy implemented an information management system and generated board reports. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Management from Moi University, a Master's degree in Finance and Investment from KCA University, and certification as a CPA from Strathmore University.
