Sabrina Shabal

Sabrina Shabal is a seasoned professional in the field of child welfare and customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at KCare since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sabrina spent over twelve years at Southwest Human Development, advancing from a Foster Care Licensing Specialist to Foster Care and Adoption Manager, where responsibilities included interviewing and onboarding new staff, maintaining databases, collaborating on program improvements, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Additionally, Sabrina has experience as a New Beginnings Program Manager, where program promotion and training were key focuses. Earlier career positions include roles at BFCS-Black Family & Child Services Inc., Family Builders By Adoption, and Arizona Department of Child Safety. Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona.
