Christopher French

Christopher French has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, primarily focusing on affordable housing development. Christopher is currently the Vice President of Development at KCG Companies, where they have been since 2024. Prior to this role, they founded CRF Development in 2012, a real estate development and consulting company that specializes in affordable housing projects. Christopher has also held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Dakota Partners from 2022 to 2024, Vice President Acquisitions at WinnCompanies from 2019 to 2022, and Vice President of Development at Marx Development Group in 2012. Christopher began their career at Centerline Capital Group as an Assistant Vice President from 2005 to 2008 and later worked at Citigroup as a Vice President from 2008 to 2012.

Christopher French attended Cornell University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Christopher later enrolled at New York University from 2006 to 2009, earning a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment.
