The executive team at KCIC has a lot of experience in the business world. John was a graduate student consultant at National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) and is now the managing consultant at Navigant Consulting. He has also interned at First USA. The associate director at Navigant Consulting, William & Mary, also has a degree in economics from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
