Rachel Biggs

Rachel Biggs has over a decade of experience in national and international companies. Rachel started their career as a Marketing Intern at Micropath Inc in 1998. Rachel then became a Project Coordinator at World Vision in 2001 before transitioning to the role of International Employment Specialist/Recruiter at Young Life in 2002. After that, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Flint Hills Resources from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they held various roles at Pinion, including Professional Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, and currently as the Director of Talent Acquisition. In their current role, Rachel is responsible for connecting professionals with career opportunities and oversees the full lifecycle recruitment process.

Rachel Biggs attended Seattle Pacific University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Rachel also obtained additional certifications as a KOLBE Specialist from Kolbe Corp and PXT Select™ Certification from PXT Select™ in 2018.
