Marcin Wawrzynczak

Marcin Wawrzynczak is an experienced professional in clinical project management and learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at KCR since June 2014. In this role, Marcin is the deputy head of the Learning and Development Department, overseeing a team of trainers and assistants. Previous positions at KCR include Learning and Development Officer, where training programs for trial execution services were developed and delivered, and Clinical Project Leader, which involved managing clinical trial aspects and line management. Prior to KCR, Marcin held the position of Clinical Team Manager at PRA International and PPD, focusing on the coordination and management of clinical project teams throughout the study lifecycle, and also served as a Clinical Research Associate, where responsibilities included study feasibility and monitoring tasks. Marcin holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Akademia Medyczna w Warszawie, completed between 1989 and 1995.
