Paul Vella

Paul Vella is a seasoned professional in the engineering and construction industry, currently serving as a Design Engineer at Amentum since January 2020. With extensive experience at John J. Kirlin, Inc., Paul has held roles as a Sub Foreman since May 2009 and previously worked as a Project Manager from November 2015 to January 2020. Paul’s educational background includes a Craftman degree in Pipefitting HVAC from Montgomery College, obtained between 1988 and 1994, as well as a certificate in A/C from Local Union 602 Trade School, completed in 1993.
