Randall Mattoon II

Randall Mattoon II has an extensive background in plumbing and steamfitting, serving as a Student Apprentice at The Kirlin Group since February 2015. In addition, Randall has been a Plumbing Apprentice at J F Fischer Inc since July 2013, contributing to significant projects such as the replacement of a natural gas monitoring system at BGE Notchcliff Plant. Previous experience includes roles with Plumbers and Steamfitters Baltimore Local 486, where participation in a nationally recognized apprenticeship program involved installing building systems and troubleshooting across various sites. Randall also gained hands-on experience in prefabricating plumbing systems at EMCOR Group, Inc., and updating plumbing in a medical facility with Dominion Mechanical. Early career roles included work as a Geothermal Installer and Geo-Tech. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and completed training at the Plumbers, Steamfitters, and HVAC Service Techs U.A. Local 486 Training School.
