Ziad Lakkis

Ziad Lakkis is an experienced professional in production supervision and quality control, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at kdc/one since November 2022. Previously, Ziad worked as a Brewer at Microbrasserie Coaticook for six months and held the position of Quality Control & Production Supervisor at KASSATLY CHTAURA, where responsibilities included overseeing juice production lines, creating process documentation, and performing laboratory tests. Ziad's earlier experience includes a role as a Food Safety Inspector at Daher Foods, focusing on PRPs and water quality tests, as well as customer service as a representative at mtc touch. Ziad is pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Brewing Sciences from Bishop's University, having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Lebanese International University.
