Alexander Rios

Alexander Rios has a strong background in IT support and administration, having worked with companies such as KDInfotech, Boston Consulting Group, Meta, Tesla, and Aruba. Alexander has experience in providing white-glove support to local and remote employees, resolving high-level client and user support issues, and maximizing the value of hardware and software available to users through education and training. Additionally, Alexander has experience in system administration, project leadership, and implementing new network technologies. Alexander holds an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from San Antonio College.
