Dustin Poland, CPA, CITP, CFE has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Dustin is currently the Director of Operations at KDP Certified Public Accountants, LLP, where they oversee the firm's operational activities. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Business Services and IT Systems Analyst at the same company and also held the position of CFO and Business Advisory Services Consultant. Before joining KDP Certified Public Accountants, LLP, Dustin ran their own firm, Dustin Poland, CPA, LLC, as the Managing Member.

Earlier in their career, Dustin worked as a Senior Associate in Tax and Audit at KDP Certified Public Accountants, LLP. Dustin also gained experience as the Accounting Manager at Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. and as the Facilities Accounting Manager and Audit Manager at Lithia Motors.

Dustin's career began at Retirement Planning Specialists, where they worked as a Financial Research Associate. Their wide range of experience showcases their expertise in accounting, IT systems analysis, business advisory services, and financial research.

Dustin Poland, CPA, CITP, CFE, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Insurance from Penn State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Dustin then pursued further education in the field of Accounting and obtained a Post-Bac Certificate from Southern Oregon University, studying there from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dustin has obtained several certifications. Dustin became a Certified Fraud Examiner in March 2007, certified by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Dustin further enhanced their professional qualifications by becoming a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the State of Oregon, in December 2013. Dustin also holds a CompTIA A+ ce Certification, obtained from CompTIA in July 2020. Most recently, they attained the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) certification from the AICPA in April 2023.
