Steve Beck

Steve Beck, SPHR, is KRMC’s Chief HR Officer. He oversees employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee health, education and training. Steve received his Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. In addition to his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Steve has previously served in various leadership roles including Leadership Tomorrow, Boys & Girls Club, Junior Achievement and has over 17 years of Human Resources experience. Steve joined KRMC in June of 2013. He moved to the Kearney area with his wife Mari and their two sons in April of 2014.
