Danielle Ramsey, SHRM-CP, has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Danielle started their career as a Teller at UNION BANK AND TRUST in 2008 before moving on to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a Student Worker and later as a Benefits Assistant. In 2014, they transitioned to Kearney Regional Medical Center, where they held roles as a Human Resources Generalist, Benefits Manager, Manager Talent Management, Human Resources Director, and Regional Human Resources Director. In 2023, Danielle also took on the role of Regional Human Resources Director at Grand Island Regional Medical Center. Their diverse experience ranges from operational HR roles to strategic leadership positions.
Danielle Ramsey, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, General from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2011. Danielle then went on to complete a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Management from Doane University in 2013. In 2020, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. Additionally, in 2021, they received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida. Danielle also participated in the Nebraska Hospital Association Leadership Institute in 2017.
