Aminah Williams

Aminah Williams serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Public Sector and Defense Services at Kearney since January 2023. As a Co-Founder and Secretary of the Board of Directors at Legends Charter School, Aminah has contributed to educational initiatives since August 2020. In addition, Aminah has been a Principal Partner and Consultant at Equitable Ink, LLC since January 2017, and previously co-founded Equity Now, Inc., where Aminah served as Chief Development & Human Capital Officer until January 2023, focusing on transformative efforts in education, finance, and agriculture. Aminah's experience includes a role as Systems Engineer and Collaboration Subject Matter Expert at Stellar Solutions from August 2016 to August 2020 and significant positions at Boeing from 2010 to 2016, including Senior Industrial Security Manager and Program Manager. With a background in military service as a Staff Intelligence Officer in the United States Army Reserve from 2004 to 2013, Aminah holds an MBA and Executive MBA from Howard University and a BA in Criminology from Canisius University.
