Stephen Parker

Stephen Parker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Learning Officer at Kearney, Stephen Parker previously held prominent roles such as Managing Partner at Stephen Parker Associates and President of Healthy Companies International. A significant tenure at BlessingWhite, Inc. included positions as Senior Vice President of Consulting, Senior Vice President for the Eastern Region, and Managing Director for Europe, along with experience as a Consultant/Client Manager at BlessingWhite UK. An alumnus of Imperial College London, Stephen Parker earned a B.Sc. in Physics between 1984 and 1987.
