Emily Dilley

In September 2021, after a nationwide search, the Kearny County Hospital Board of Trustees installed Emily Dilley, MBA, HSL as Chief Executive Officer. Before joining KCH, Emily held various leadership roles with Prairie Ridge Health, a rural hospital system in Columbus, Wisconsin.

Emily draws from a decade of experience in rural health. Her ability to build relationships and focus on an engaged and empowered team that keeps patient and community needs at the center of their actions has allowed her to grow in her experiences as a leader. Emily has led community health needs assessments and strategic initiatives, as well as clinical rotation programs, marketing, fundraising, securing grants and other efforts to grow and strengthen both the patient care and financial profiles of rural hospitals.

She earned her MBA in Health Systems Leadership from Edgewood College, in Madison, Wisconsin, after completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Viterbo University in Lacrosse, Wisconsin.
