Sofia Mitmasser-Aschauer has extensive experience in human resources and social work. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at KEBA Group since June 2014 and as a registered mediator since April 2014, Sofia Mitmasser-Aschauer has also held positions in personal development at AVE Österreich GmbH and as a social worker at Vehikel, focusing on the professional integration of unemployed youth. Earlier career experience includes an assistant role at OÖ Ordensspitäler Koordinations GmbH. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Social Economy from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and recognized mediator training from PGA Linz.
