Milind Apte

Milind Apte is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at KEC International Ltd. since January 2023, Milind previously held the position of SVP Human Resources at CEAT Tyres Limited from December 2016 to December 2022. Prior roles include Chief People Officer at Godrej Properties Limited, VP of Human Resources at Godrej Hershey Limited, and HRD Manager at DHL Express. Milind's career began in HR management at Cadbury India Limited and included an initial role as a Personnel Officer at Johnson & Johnson. Before transitioning into human resources, Milind was recruited as a sportsman at LIC and Mumbai Port Trust. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources Development Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, along with a Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
