Geri Pahed

Geri Pahed has extensive work experience in the construction and design field. Geri currently holds the position of Project Director for Capital Construction at Keck Medicine of USC. Prior to this role, they served as the Owner & Principal Consultant at Executive Building Consulting, LLC for five years.

Geri also worked at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine as a Design & Construction Executive Advisor, Liaison, and Consultant to the CEO & Founding Dean. During their time there, they successfully redesigned interior spaces, sourced finishes and furniture, and built trust with the executive leadership.

Before their role at the medical school, Geri held the position of Senior Vice President Design & Construction, Operations at Greenleaf Diamonds LLC for nine years. Geri played a crucial role in managing the construction of multiple stores, acquiring real estate lease contracts, and supporting business growth.

In the early stage of their career, Geri worked at Kaiser Permanente as a Hospital Construction OSHPD Inspector of Record and later as a Project Design & Construction Manager. Geri conducted inspections for hospital construction projects, maintained relationships with regulatory agencies, and oversaw the performance of special inspectors and testing labs.

Geri began their career as a Design Build General Contractor at Del Rio Design & Construction. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, design, construction, and leadership roles.

Geri Paged has a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership in Construction Management from Colorado State University Global. They also have a background in Interior and Environmental Design from UCLA Extension Architecture and Interior Design. Geri Paged obtained additional certifications including Certified Construction Manager (CCM) from the Construction Management Association of America, Construction Management Association of America Member, LEED AP Building Design & Construction (BD+C) from Green Business Certification, Inc., and OSHPD Hospital Inspector of Record from the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development.
