Irene Shupe

Irene Shupe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. Irene is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Clinical Research and Operations at Kedrion Biopharma since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Global Medical Operations at Bio Products Laboratory Limited from September 2020 to September 2022. Irene also held the position of Director of Global Medical Affairs Operations at Bioventus from January 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Medical at Bio Products Laboratory Limited from April 2016 to December 2018. Irene has also worked as a Director of Project Management at ICON plc from March 2015 to April 2016. Irene gained experience as a Global Clinical Development Manager at GSK from March 2008 to March 2015 and as a Contract Study Manager at Trio Clinical Research from September 2007 to March 2008 while working at GSK. Irene started their career as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at United Therapeutics from June 2007 to September 2007. Irene also worked as a Clinical Research Associate II at Constella Group (formerly Lineberry Research Associates) from August 2004 to June 2007. Irene's earlier experience includes working as a DNA Analyst at the American Kennel Club from 2002 to 2004.
