Manoj Jain

Manoj Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Manoj is currently serving as the Senior Director of Information Technology at Kedrion Biopharma, where they lead the North America IT team and supports all business functions for IT application, infrastructure, and security needs. Prior to this, Manoj worked at Gilead Sciences as the Director of R&D and Business Technology, where they established and maintained strategic relationships with leadership team members and senior business stakeholders. Manoj was responsible for planning, development, and oversight of various systems and participated in business and IT strategic planning sessions. Before joining Gilead Sciences, Manoj held various roles at PTC Therapeutics, Inc., including Director of Application & Database Development. Manoj also gained experience as the Manager of IT Operations at Genta and as the Senior Data Warehouse Architect at Sterling Management Corp. Manoj's earlier roles include Manager of Enterprise Systems at Serta and Database Manager at New Jersey State Medical Underwriters, Inc. Manoj began their career as a Senior Systems Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services Limited. Throughout their career, Manoj has demonstrated expertise in project management, vendor/supplier relationship management, and the development and implementation of various IT systems.

Manoj Jain completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee between 1987 and 1989. Manoj also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, earned from 1980 to 1985. Manoj Jain completed their high school education at Jindal Public School from 1978 to 1980, studying Science - Non Medical. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals from LinkedIn, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master, ITIL Version 3 Foundation from PeopleCert, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute.
