Martha Mundorff-Humphrey is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and creative direction, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at KEEN since December 2021. As the Owner and Principal Recruiter for The Short List since January 2016, Martha specializes in full-time and contract recruitment within the creative and tech sectors. Previously, at Vesta, Martha managed full-cycle recruiting for US and global roles in a fast-paced Fintech environment. With a robust background in creative direction, Martha held significant roles at LaCie as Worldwide Creative Director and at MOCEAN as Creative Director for Entertainment Advertising, leading advertising campaigns for major motion pictures and high-profile clients including Disney and Sony Pictures. Martha's educational journey includes a BFA in Graphic Design from California State University, Fullerton, and additional studies at Florida State University.
