Keep Company

We partner with organizations to give their moms, dads and caregivers the tools to integrate the care of themselves, their families, and their work through group coaching. Our certified coaches lead groups of similarly-situated parents and caregivers through a 12-week program, and a year of dedicated support. These groups act as personal Boards, providing connection, inspiration, and accountability. Rooted in the science of behavior change, our curriculum gives members the tools to find fulfillment across all the dimensions of their life. If you're an organization looking to build a better working world for parents and caregivers, we'll help you: - Track caregiver status - Track & measure DEIB - Create micro-communities that foster belonging & connection - Identify which niche benefits your caregiver employees need most - Identify what changes can be made to attract & retain talented employees who are caregivers & parents Let's grow forward together. Keep in touch: hello@keep-company.com ... From our members: "This was one of the best experiences of my personal and professional life. I left each meeting feeling grateful to be part of such a strong and supportive group. I would recommend it to every working mom I know." - Katie "It’s a lot for me to give up 1.5 hours in the middle of my workday, but every minute was worth it." - Purvi "I feel more empowered to prioritize what I feel I want and need for my personal (mental, physical, emotional) well-being, and I feel less guilty when I take time to invest in myself. I feel happier overall, and so grateful to have been able to develop deeper connections with the members in my group." - Tricia "I genuinely looked forward to each meeting and gained invaluable information. I also feel much more connected to my job and firm and more secure in my choice to work at this firm. I feel like I can be a working parent here.” - Alex
