Cristian A. has been working in the field of talent acquisition since 2016. Cristian began their career as a Specialist Recrutare at SC COMPA SA in 2016. In 2018, they moved to Somarest as a Responsabil Recrutare. In 2021, they joined Keeper Solutions as Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition. Finally, in 2022, they became the Owner of Tessellate Solutions.

Cristian A. completed a Bachelor's degree in Psihologie from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu in 2015. Cristian is currently pursuing a Master in Leadership si Management Organizational at the same university. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance in December 2022, and Organizing Your Remote Office for Maximum Productivity in August 2021.
