Michael Heuer

Michael Heuer has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the technology industry. Michael is currently serving as the Area VP - Central Europe / DACH at Keepit, a Danish pre-IPO ScaleUp specializing in cloud-native backup and recovery for SaaS workloads. Prior to that, they worked at Proofpoint as the Area VP - Central Europe / DACH, where they helped organizations protect against cyber threats. Michael also held the position of General Manager & VP - Central Europe / DACH + BeNeLux at Mimecast, providing cloud-based cyber security services. Before that, Michael worked at Acquia as the VP - Central Europe / DACH + BeNeLux, delivering cloud platform solutions for digital experiences. Michael also held leadership roles at Akamai Technologies, Colt Technology Services, BT, and Verizon. Overall, Michael has had extensive experience in leading technology companies and driving business growth in the European market.
