Kim Harner has an extensive background in compensation and benefits, starting from their role as a Corporate HR Generalist to their current position as Sr. Director Total Rewards & People Analytics at KeHE Distributors. Kim has experience in overseeing benefits, retirement plans, compensation planning, recruitment, and employee relations. Kim holds a B.A. in Psychology from Aurora University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University.
