Janne Pulkkinen

Janne Pulkkinen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in innovation and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Innovation Practitioners Community since May 2023, Janne has been instrumental in fostering collaboration among Finnish innovation leaders. Concurrently, Janne holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Kela, where responsibilities include overseeing innovation strategies and growth initiatives. Additionally, Janne serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for Findynet Cooperative and has held advisory roles at Charm and Joy and Meal. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Enterprise Architect at ValtioKonttori and Solution Architect at Kela, alongside earlier positions in IT support and systems development at Finavia Oyj and TeliaSonera Oyj. Janne's educational background includes a degree from Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences.
