Felipe de Almeida Xavier has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Felipe began as a Scholar at IEPRO in 2010 and CNPq - MCT in 2011. In 2015, they began an internship as a Software Engineer at Lakes Environmental Software, where they refactored C# to C++ code, developed new features for a project related to meteorological data, developed features in C++ for a library related to maps, and developed a Desktop application using PyQT for the US Government to analyse vehicle gas emissions. In 2017, they began working as an Analista de sistema at Funceme, where they created API wrappers in Python, designed, developed and tested a Python library Ecosystem, PCDs-Data-Ecosystem(PDE), to perform ETL operations, analysis and monitoring on meteorological data from Data Collection Platforms(DCPs) all over Brazil through scrapping webpages, APIs, FTPs and satellites, and created Data Pipelines using the PDE Ecosystem and tools sush as Rundeck, Docker, Gitlab and Kubernetes. Felipe currently works as a Full Stack Developer at Keleya Digital-Health Solutions.
Felipe de Almeida Xavier completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the Universidade Estadual do Ceará between 2009 and 2016. Felipe also completed a Graduação Sanduiche from the University of Toronto between 2014 and 2015. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: The Ultimate Redux Course from Code With Mosh in December 2020 and Statistics for Business Analytics and Data Science A-Z™ from Udemy in July 2020.
