Indi Santos

Indi Santos is a seasoned legal executive with extensive experience in corporate legal compliance and labor relations. Currently serving as the Legal Executive and Regional Head of Labor Relations at Kellanova since October 2023, Indi also holds leadership roles in equity, diversity, and inclusion. Previously, Indi was the Corporate Legal Director for Compliance and Government Affairs at Kellogg Company, overseeing legal matters for the Mercosur region. A strong background includes positions such as Regional Legal Director for LATAM at Aspect Software and Legal Manager for Latin America at EMC Computer Systems Brasil. With expertise spanning labor and employment law, corporate governance, and compliance, Indi has consistently provided strategic legal support across various organizations and industries. Indi holds multiple academic degrees, including from Simmons College and Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
