Paula Bell

Paula Bell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as COO and CFO at Spirent Communications Plc since September 2016, Paula also holds the position of Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee at KELLER. Prior roles include Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Laird PLC, and Chief Financial Officer at John Menzies Plc and Ricardo Plc. Paula's career began at Rolls-Royce Industrial Power Group, where multiple roles were undertaken, including Business Development Director and Divisional Finance Director. Educational credentials include a Corporate Strategy & Leadership degree from Harvard Business School and an Environment & Sustainability degree from the University of Cambridge.
