Josh Freeman

Josh Freeman serves as the Vice President of Operations at Kelly Benefits since August 2021, contributing to the company’s reputation as a leader in insurance, benefits, payroll, and HR solutions. Previously, Josh held the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives at Kelly Benefits Strategies from August 2014 to August 2021. Josh's extensive experience at Kelly Benefits includes positions as Account Executive, Manager of Producers in Training, Business Analyst, and Sales Support Specialist. Earlier in Josh's career, experience as a Marketing Communications professional was gained at Tissue Banks International. Currently, Josh is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, expected to complete in 2026, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Thomas Edison State University.
