Stacy McCue

Stacy McCue has over two decades of experience in customer service and payroll account management, currently serving as Vice President of Payroll Account Services at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group since May 2012, where oversight includes direct client payroll processing for over 2000 accounts. Prior to this role, Stacy held the position of Director of Customer Support at EZShield, focusing on fraud resolution and customer service strategy, and earlier served as VP of Customer Service at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, where leadership in service quality and operational improvements were key responsibilities. Stacy holds a Master's degree in Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Towson University.
