Ami Cole

Ami Cole serves as Vice President, Strategic People Partner at Kelly, leading the strategic people initiatives for both the Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom and Education sectors since 2007. With a robust background in organizational effectiveness, Ami designed and implemented a comprehensive global talent review process in 2019. Previous roles include Manager of Global Sales Excellence and Consultant for Recruiting Excellence and Talent Communities, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and performance. Ami also made significant contributions through program development that improved business operations and created employee communities. Before joining Kelly, Ami held positions at CEB, overseeing sales teams and training. Ami holds a BA with a double major in Communications and French from Vanderbilt University.
