Debbie Pearson

Debbie Pearson is a seasoned professional with over 31 years of experience in sales, operations, and management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales for Kelly Educational Staffing and a successful business owner of Sweet Henrietta's Treats, a local bakery founded in July 2019. Debbie has a strong background in developing and launching educational staffing solutions, having researched and initiated Kelly Educational Staffing in 1997. In addition to their corporate roles, Debbie is passionate about mentoring aspiring bakers. Debbie holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a BBA in Organizational Behavior of Management from the University of Houston.
