Stephanie Daiek

Stephanie Daiek possesses extensive experience in human resources and technology, currently serving as the Director of HR Technology and formerly as the Director of HR Process Solutions at Kelly from July 2019 to July 2024. In these roles, Stephanie focused on HR technology strategy, digital transformation, and optimizing HR operations. Previous experience includes strategic leadership as Sr Manager of People Engagement, Insights, and Analytics at Kelly, where solutions development and system compliance were key responsibilities. Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked at PageNet from June 1994 to August 1998 in various administrative and customer service roles, including Executive Assistant, Engineering Assistant, and Major Accounts Representative. Stephanie holds a high school diploma from Oak Ridge High School, earned in January 1991.
