Louise Calvert

Louise Calvert possesses extensive experience in operational management, training, and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Contact Center at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic since August 2021, Louise also works as a Census Corporate Trainer at MAXIMUS, where expertise in developing and delivering training programs is utilized. Previous roles include Patient Access Contract Leader at Contractor Connection, Director of Operations in the Mail Order Division at Centene Corporation, and Operation/Project Manager for the North America contact center at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care - Vistakon. Louise has a Ph.D. in Organizational Management from Capella University, a Master's Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
