Bob Willoughby

Bob Willoughby, Senior Vice President, Ceramic Business Group, was named such in July 2017. Mr. Willoughby was most recently Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Senior Vice President – Film and Electrolytic Business Group. He joined KEMET in 1985 as a Diagnostic Engineering Technician. Through the years, he moved up through Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, Group Leader, Manager and Director of Process Engineering. He became Director and then Vice President of Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Clemson University and is a 2007 graduate of the KEMET Leadership Forum.
