Marsha Bro

Marsha Bro serves as President, Food Technologies, EMEA and was promoted to this role in 2022.

Having held various leadership positions within Kemin, Bro was previously the General Manager for Kemin Crop Technologies, a business unit dedicated to bringing environmentally friendly pest control and plant health technologies to the agricultural industry to ensure that future generations have access to a healthy, sustainable food supply. During that time, she successfully led the team and business from its initial concept stage into a fast-growing and sustainable business for the multinational ingredient company.

Bro first joined Kemin in 2002 as an accounting intern for Kemin Human Nutrition and Health. After joining Kemin full-time post-graduation, for more than a decade, Bro has held various management roles in finance, global business intelligence, and marketing. During that time, she played a pivotal role in launching Kemin Personal Care before moving into a strategic marketing leadership role in 2016 and then moved to the Kemin Crop Technologies division.

Bro received her bachelor’s degree and her Masters of Business Administration from Drake University in 2003 and 2009, respectively.
