Y. Joy Zhong

Y. Joy Zhong is an accomplished professional in the field of food science with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Director of R&D at Kemin Industries since April 2024, Y. Joy Zhong previously held the position of Director of New Product Development at EVERY™ from March 2021 to April 2024, leading the development of alternative proteins for B2B customers. Earlier roles include Senior Application Scientist/Project Manager at DuPont Nutrition & Health, where Y. Joy Zhong managed clean label product development projects, and Senior Scientist at Corbion, focusing on food ingredients innovation.
