Ahlgren Jonni

Ahlgren Jonni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical engineering field, currently serving as Senior Principal Scientist at Kemira since September 2008, overseeing product development projects related to water treatment and papermaking. Prior to this role, Ahlgren worked at Kemira in various capacities, including Key Customer Manager, Development Manager, Chief Chemist, Deputy R&D Manager, and Principal Scientist, from 1991 to 2008, focusing on research and development in papermaking and process chemicals. Ahlgren also contributed as an Expert Lecturer from 2000 to 2022, educating on topics such as the chemistry of paper and boardmaking and flocculation and coagulation. Ahlgren holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, obtained in 1989, and has earlier experience as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Helsinki University of Technology.
