Endi Surijanto

Endi Surijanto is an experienced HR professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in various human resources functions. Currently serving as the Country HR Manager at Kemira since March 2016, Endi oversees all HR scopes. Previous roles include Certified Country HR Manager at ISS Indonesia, where responsibilities encompassed industrial relations and people development, and HR & GA Manager at PT Cipta Busana Mandiri, managing all human resources and general affairs. Endi's extensive experience also includes positions at PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk and PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, focusing on personnel, payroll, and HR development. Endi began the career as a Personnel Executive at Gold Coin Group Inc. Endi holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the School of Foreign Languages.
