Erskine B. is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in employee and labor relations, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Kemira since June 2018, Erskine provides HR support to multiple manufacturing plants and executive leadership teams. Previously, Erskine held significant roles at Mondelēz International, Reeves Construction Company, and United States Steel Corporation, where responsibilities included managing grievance processes, talent acquisition, compliance, and implementing employee engagement strategies. Erskine holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Alabama and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Montevallo.
