Jesper Ruest

Jesper Ruest has a diverse work experience in HR technology and processes. Jesper started their career as an Office Trainee at Motorola Mobility and later worked as a Human Resources Assistant. At Carlsberg Group, they served as an Application Consultant for SAP HR, handling upgrade projects and providing support. Jesper then moved to Maersk Oil, where they held roles as Head of HR Processes & Systems and HR Consultant for HR Processes & Systems. Jesper worked at Coop Danmark as a HCM Solution Owner, Technology HR Manager, and Head of HR Technology Management, responsible for HRIT delivery and system support. At IKEA, they held positions as Director, Head of Products - People Management and Senior Director, Product Management - People Domain, leading a team focused on transforming HR processes through digitalization. Currently, Jesper works as the Head of HR Processes & Analytics at Kemp & Lauritzen A/S. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other HR technology solutions, while also focusing on data analysis and decision-making.

Jesper Ruest attended the Niels Brock from 2000 to 2003 where they studied Business. Later, they enrolled at the Copenhagen Business School for a period of one year from 2007 to 2008, but no specific degree or field of study is provided.
