At DSV, Thomas was responsible for driving the HR strategy and ensuring its alignment with business objectives. Thomas also managed a team of HR professionals and oversaw all HR operations.

As HR Manager at Netto/Dansk Supermarked, Thomas was in charge of all aspects of HR for the company's 12,000 employees. Thomas successfully implemented a new HR system that improved efficiency and communication within the organisation.
