Andrew Nguyen

Andrew Nguyen currently serves as Staff Counsel at Kemper, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Nguyen practiced as an Associate Attorney at Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel from December 2017 to April 2020 and at Stramaglia Luu, LLP from September 2015 to November 2017. Earlier experience includes a position as a Post-Bar Law Clerk and Legal Intern at Phan, Nguyen & Associates LLP and the California Department of Justice, where representation involved civil suits against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Additionally, Nguyen served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Jacqueline Duong in the Superior Court of Santa Clara County and provided legal counsel to low-income workers at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and Economics from San José State University.
