Dina Pon

Dina Pon serves as the VP of Human Resources - P&C at Kemper since July 2024, where strategic HR leadership is driven by aligning human capital strategies with business goals. Pon has an extensive background at GEICO from 1993 to 2023, holding several roles including AVP, Human Resources and Head of HR Strategies + Total Rewards, where responsibilities encompassed human capital management, talent acquisition, and organizational change management. Additionally, Pon held roles such as AVP of Southeast Underwriting and Director of Sales + Service Operations, managing extensive teams and operations across multiple states. Pon's experience also includes advisory roles at Vanguard since 2011 and holds an MBA in Business Management from Mercer University and a BA in Business Administration & Economics from Wesleyan College.
