Michael Hanchett

Michael Hanchett is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Claims Operations at Kemper since October 2014. In this role, Michael manages six teams of adjusters, overseeing operations, staffing, and significant payment approvals. Prior to this position, Michael held the title of Field Claims Manager at Infinity Insurance, where efforts resulted in transforming the office into the top-performing branch within the division. Early career experience includes roles as a Claims Adjuster and positions in customer service and collections. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University.
